Remembering our patients of 2019-2020

Queen Elizabeth University Hospical Critical Care Bereavement Support Service is proud to be taking part in the Absent Friends Festival, joining with families to remember our patients who died in 2020.

Families of deceased patients will receive a letter, name tag, wooden heart token and a packet of forget-me-not seeds.

Families will be invited to write on the name tag and return it to the hospital.

A memorial service will be held with songs, poems and the name tags will be read out and put on the tree. This service will be recorded and the recording sent out to families.
