Stanley Park Care Home Remembrance Event

Restrictions in place throughout the pandemic have prevented the residents, staff and relatives at Stanley Park Care Home coming together to mark the loss of their dear friends and companions during this time.

Music is an incredibly important part of life at Stanely Park as even those with the severest of dementia can access musical memories. It is a wonderful and effective way to engage with people with memory issues and never ceases to amaze in its capacity to provoke positive responses and recall.

This event will bring together staff and residents, together with relatives of residents who died during the pandemic, to listen to live music that brings back memories.
