Inverness Cathedral and the Ness Sinfonia present Remembering Absent Friends: A Celebration for Special People

This celebration will focus on celebrating the wonderful people who we have been privileged to know in our lives but who are sadly no longer with us, using a mixture of readings, music and songs including some for everyone to join in. There will be tea afterwards.

Hibernian Football Club

Word cloudAt the Hibernian v St Johnstone match on Saturday 18 November, fans of the club will be remembering their absent friends with a tribute wall. Posters will be places around the stadium for fans to leave written or photo tributes to Hibs fans who have died.l Last year, fans filled 130 posters with over 500 individual tributes and photos.

Ecumenical Service of Remembrance

St Alphonsus Church

FASS (Family Addiction Support Service) invite you to an ecumenical service of remembrance for those who have died through drug or alcohol related problems.

The service will be led by Father Ian Bathgate of St Alphonsus Church and Rev Peter Davidge of Gallowgate Parish Church, and will be opened by Aileen Campbell MSP, Minister for Public Health and Sport.

There will be light refreshments afterwards in the Lodging House Mission, 35 East Campbell Street.
