Festival 2022
The To Absent Friends festival will take place across Scotland from 1-7 November 2022.
It is an excuse to remember, to tell stories, to celebrate and to reminisce about who have died.

Remembering Our Invisible Friends
Organised by Invisible Cities
The team at Invisible Cities is organising a team remembrance event in October to remember the colleagues and friends we have lost over the year. Whether it is someone in the team, or a friend or family member, the last year has seen its lot of loss and we wanted to organise something private to stop and take the time to be present together and remember.
We will organise what we do best: a walk, followed by lunch as a team where we will have jars of remembrance where everyone will be asked to include a memory they wish to keep or a goal they would like to achieve.
The event will be private, for members of the team at Invisible Cities: a social enterprise that trains people who have experienced homelessness to become tour guides of their own city.
