Tree of Life

Broomhouse Centre, Edinburgh, will be setting up a tree of life where people can write a short note in memory of a loved one and tie it to the tree.

The centre's dementia day care service, the Beacon Club, will also be holding two storytelling afternoons where members can listen to a professional storyteller, and bring along their own pictures and tell stories of loved ones and friends.

The week will conclude on Monday 6 November with a musical session at the Centre. Members of the club and staff will be asked to suggest songs that reminds them of people they have lost.
